Sergio came quicker than expected and provided a quote of $350 to $450 for the service required. The quote was fair and I said to go ahead. When he was working on the project he found issues that had not been quoted and I told him to go ahead and work them out. The work he did and the materials he used were all quality you would expect from a true craftsman. His work was truly stellar and his bill was $395. I could not ask for more.

This is the second time I am using this company. Great people doing great job. Did perfectly everything I asked for, and more. Affordable. Will call with out hesitation if there will be a need.

Very happy with Sergio’s plumbing and people skills. My old tub faucets were leaking along with little water being diverted to the shower. Not only did he do the repairs but cost was less than the estimate. Very honest, not a high pressure salesman and fast. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely call him for future plumbing projects. We recently bought a manufactured home and when the faucet in the bathtub broke, we saw it as an opportunity to upgrade fixtures. I contacted 3 different plumbing companies. Upon inspection it turned out I needed a specific kind of faucet for the bathtub, and it wasn’t what I bought. Not only did Sergio show me what I would need and give me suggestions of where to find it but he offered to take a look at what I found before buying it to make sure it would fit. ****** replaced the faucets and even substituted the shower head that came with the faucet for a much nicer and more reliable one that he had in his truck, at no extra charge. Sergio was professional in every way, punctual, and upfront on the time involved and cost for the job. We have found our go-to plumber!

We used this plumber for our home inspection when purchasing our home. We also used the realtors recommended plumber. On The Way Plumbing services were much more thorough than the other plumbers inspection. Sergio took the time to explain everything and give us quotes for work that needed to be done.
