Sergio and his team at On The Way Plumbing are extremely knowledgeable and professional. They always arrived on time, explained the process to me, and completed the work within the agreed upon budget and timeline. Throughout the project, Sergio provided me with regular updates and presented alternative approaches to getting the job done. When I requested additional information about the materials being used, Sergio took the time to share articles with me. If I have any plumbing work in the future, I will definitely consult with them and I’m happy to recommend them to others!

We received a water bill that indicated that we used for more water than we would in a normal month. Sergio made time to see us on a Saturday. He identified the problem within minutes and solved it at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend him for his professional work and prompt service.

Co-owner Sergio did both our scheduling and service. He gave clear explanations about our plumbing concerns and options for addressing them. (Like most women, I’ve had many men in the trades talk down to me or act patronizing; but Sergio’s interactive style was straightforward, respectful, professional.) The job was completed at slightly less than the estimate given by phone, and the job area was left clean.

Loved Sergio from On The Way Plumbing. He was quick, but very thorough in his work! We had a new farmhouse sink put in with a difficult reverse osmosis system and it turned out great. He also arrived on time, was polite & professional. I would definitely recommend On The Way Plumbing!!

My experience with On The Way Plumbing was excellent. I would recomend them for any plumbing needs. This family is trustworthy and dedicated to do the job right. Sergio is patient, understanding and made sure that I understood the process. I had a gas leak that required my home to be repiped. Also had a pipe break under the bathtub that he repaired and helped me with the insurance company. All in all very grateful Thank you!

When the need for a plumber arose, we found On the Way Plumbing online, didn’t know anything about them, but the reviews were good so we gave them a try.We had to have 2 toilets replaced and Sergio came on a Friday and the new toilets were installed Monday morning. from the beginning we had nothing but the best of all kinds of service, Sergio was always on time, knowledgeable, polite and considerate. and he was in and out in two hours, cleaned up after himself and took the time to answer all our questions. Very happy with Sergio’s plumbing and people skills. My old tub faucets were leaking along with little water being diverted to the shower. Not only did he do the repairs but cost was less than the estimate. Very honest, not a high pressure salesman and fast. Highly recommended and I’ll definitely call him for future plumbing projects. I had used OTW in the past- So when the house appraiser gave me the plumbing report I called Sergio. He was able to come down and help me budget the “projects” that needed to be done immediately.

I recently had a gentleman from OTW plumbing come out to give a free estimate. I had a leak in the hot water faucet of my shower. He was very courteous and quick. After a couple estimates I decided on OTW plumbing. I am glad I did! He came right out with no hesitation, the greatest part was that he remembered who I was, I wasn’t just another customer. He gave me a good price, was efficient and said to call if I had any questions or concerns. I have recommended them to my neighbors that were having toilet issues.

We recently bought a manufactured home and when the faucet in the bathtub broke, we saw it as an opportunity to upgrade fixtures. I contacted 3 different plumbing companies. One wanted a fee just to come look at the bathtub, the 2nd one never contacted me, but OTW Plumbing responded to my contact immediately and Sergio came out to the house for a free estimate. Upon inspection it turned out I needed a specific kind of faucet for the bathtub, and it wasn’t what I bought. Not only did Sergio show me what I would need and give me suggestions of where to find it but he offered to take a look at what I found before buying it to make sure it would fit. ****** replaced the faucets and even substituted the shower head that came with the faucet for a much nicer and more reliable one that he had in his truck, at no extra charge. Sergio was professional in every way, punctual, and upfront on the time involved and cost for the job. We have found our go-to plumber!

With my husband out of town, it was nice to know there were still some honest plumbers out there. I came across OTW Plumbing after trying a couple well known plumbing companies in town. We used this plumber for our home inspection when purchasing our home. We also used the realtors recommended plumber. On The Way Plumbing services were much more thorough than the other plumbers inspection. Sergio took the time to explain everything and give us quotes for work that needed to be done. He responded quickly and efficiently to each question we had. Sergio was on time too!!!! We have never gotten that from other plumbers. We will definately use this plumber for all of our future plumbing needs.

On The Way Plumbing has done several different jobs for me. My water heater broke down on a Sunday, Sergio from on the way plumbing came out and gave me a very competitive quote, I referenced it with my neighbor who had theirs replaced a while back.
