Professional service and fair pricing are his standard, but his responsiveness and communication with his customers set him apart from his professional peers.  Full installation of a water heater last year and only days ago he provided next-day service for a leak and repair to the junction of the main water line and my home's systems. You will be glad you called On The Way Plumbing! Update July 2025:  Comments from over four years ago still true! Thank goodness Sergio is still out there serving customers and solving their plumbing problems.  Since my initial review, he's fixed the main control valve on my irrigation system, repaired and reconfigured an outdoor hose bib, and earlier this month provided same-day service for a water leak emergency that led to replacement of my outdated--and neglected by me-water softener.  Lots of so-called professional contractors out there, but few define and exemplify professionalism and plumbing expertise like Sergio of On the Way Plumbing.  Responsiveness is outstanding, workmanship is above and beyond, and pricing is very reasonable considering all that he provides.

I would never use anyone else to fix my plumbing problems.  Sergio is prompt in responding, quick to come out,  and professional in everything I have needed him to do -- from replacing the main home water valve and upgrading all the fixtures in the master bathroom to cleaning out the hot water heater and putting in some new outdoor faucets.  All were done with precision.  He is conscientious, meticulous, and very knowledgeable as well as amiable  My type of plumber!
